3rd Annual CFN Grass Roots Gala

Louisville’s neighborhoods are the
essence of what makes our city special. As we strive to become a destination
city, it is important that we celebrate the neighborhoods that make us who we
are.

 LOUISVILLE, Ky. – For the first year,the 600 block of 4^th Street will play host to The Grassroots Gala, a gathering of Louisville neighborhood, homeowner and condo associations and
suburban cities to celebrate civic engagement and neighborhood empowerment. 

The Grassroots Gala will feature Neighborhood and Local Partner Booths, “Keep Louisville Weird” Raffle, Neighborhood Street Feast with local food trucks, Down and Dirty Kids’ area and the Community Beer Garden.  There will be live musical performances by Kentucky Homefront host John Gage, Down By the Wayside Choir, The Twisted Sisters Family Band and King Kong.    

The Grassroots Gala is sponsored by: Louisville Independent Business Alliance, 89.3 WFPL, Breaking New Grounds, Save-A-Lot, Crescent Hill Community Council, Louisville Metro Dept. of Health and Wellness, Louisville River Bats and KAIRE.  Open free to the public.
