March 2014 ANA Board Meeting Minutes

Minutes of ANA Board Meeting: Ray Crider reported all fees, dues and Insurance are paid and up to date. He contacted Scout Troop about retiring Old Flag from Kenwood. They will take the flag after new flag arrives and will notify ANA & Salley when and where the ceremony will take place.                                                                                                      

Health fair: Set-up time starts at 6 PM. Vendors- bring their own tables . Most vendors from last year are returning plus some new ones. Stephen and Joyce had suggested a CPR demonstration but not been confirmed. Also need suggestions and confirmation on a Dental Vendor. Assume Stephen will bring tea and cookies like other meetings. If extras are needed save receipts for reimbursement. Ray Whitener is near completion on flyer. Ray Crider will get copys printed for Janet & Kathy to house deliver if they want. He will also post on Neighborhood. Janet can post on ANA web site. Salley plans to invite parents. Hope our Girl Scout troop 1977 has plenty cookies for sale.
