Audubon Riverside Neighborhood Association

The Planning and Zoning Review Panel decided not to oppose the demolition of 5600 Tchoupitoulas and would like to ask for certain concessions by the developer including aesthetic considerations and the hours of operation. The ARNA Board adopted the Review Panels report. Developer Doug Kohnke and Councilman Jay Batt have been advised of this decision and ARNA expects negotiations to continue. Are there any specific comments about the aesthetics and the hours of operation?

Trucks

My only concern is the route the trucks take. I believe that part of the contract must force them to use the port road, or some other suitable road.
