We are all a part of the Park West HOA, paying a monthly $100.00 with a total of $1,200.00 per year. I believe that our governing documents spell out that our HOA BOD is to call a meeting once a year.

When will this happen?

I read through our Park West HOA documents and it says an officer can only serve for 3 years.?  This means Bobby's term? ?  likely expired last month.

B. Thomas has already held office for over three years (our revised documents state no one can serve for more than three years). He must be ''special'' as he obviously has chosen to ignore. Now I'm hearing the other two board members (who have never communicated with residents and choose to ignore our legal documents) are permitting B. Thomas to continue doing whatever he does. Do other people find this offensive at the very least?
