Hammonds Homes sent letter

Thanks to whomever it was who inquired. Hammonds Homes prompty sent out letters to their Park West home owners last week with all the Roof Warranty registration information.

In my case, I had already registered the roofing, because my Home Owners Insurance company had never hear of the roofing materials. In fact, you should receive a discount for the roof, since is't more fire resistant and much more durable (high wind ratings that Florida requires, longer life, resistant to weathering, cracking in the cold weather, etc.), even though it costs more to replace or repair.

Unlike clay or similar tiles, these won't break easily when you walk on them. I love the smaller

I'm glad to see that Hammonds has sent out letters to their homeowners. I have followed up with Wilshire and here is their response....

It looks like everyone is still going to be given the opportunity to register their roofs and qualify for the roof tile warranty without any complication. I just learned from our warranty department that they are in the process of confirming the date extension and finalizing the letters to you and all of our homeowners. These letters will be sent out soon via certified mail.

We thank you again for bringing this to our attention and also for your continued patience.

Hopefully, we will see these letters shortly.
