Did Susan Hoover pocket taxpayers?’ money and fail to provide weeds cleaning services at Edwardson Cove, Circle C North?

The common area at Edwardson Cove is being ignored completely since my dear old neighbor Gary Bradley moved away in late 1995 or early 1996. This piece of land is full of foot long weeds for all these years. In May 2002, I filed a complaint with the City of Austin and later I was informed that the City would pay CCHOA/Susan Hoover to clean up the weeds on a regular basis. However, for the last couple months...........

To: City of Austin
Attn: David Lloyd and Sarah Campbell

Dear Mr. Lloyd and Ms. Campbell,

I want to inform you that the condition of the common area at Edwardson Cove has gone back to the old days for the last couple months. This piece of land is now full of weeds as long as 21 inches even though our Association?’s deed restrictions indicate that the grasses and weeds shall at no time be allowed to exceed 6 inches. Is City of Austin still paying CCHOA/Susan Hoover to cleaning up the weeds? Susan Hoover is now the owner of the Circle C Landscaping Co. I wonder whether Susan Hoover has pocketed the taxpayers?’ money but failed to provide the services on a regular basis. I took several photos with different imprinted dates and I also have cut down some weed samples. Would you like to receive them as a proof? Could you please let me know whether this piece of common area had been added in the license agreement last year? If the answer is yes, should I consider this is a beach of contract by CCHOA/Susan Hoover?

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Lisa

Dear All:

This area is not part of the Circle C maintenance contract and I have not been authorized to take care of it.

Seeking for a Lawyer.......

I am looking for a lawyer who is willing to take my case on contingency basis. I want to sue Gary Bradley and the Board of Directors of CCHOA.

Gary Bradley has failed to complete with the construction of the common area at Edwardson Cove in Circle C North. He failed to install sprinkler system and ground cover (Asia Jasmine).

Board of Directors has failed to enforce the Deed Restrictions for the last eight years since 1996. The common area at the center of Edwardson Cove is full of 20 inches long weeds for the last eight years even though the Deed Restrictions indicate clearly that the grasses and weeds shall at no time be allowed to exceed 6 inches.

If you are interested in handling this case, please contact me at BeatGreedyBoard@aol.com.
