I was amazed to learn that our NEW Board would renew the contract with Terri Giles and called that as ?“Great Value?” for our money!

Have we elected a competent Board or have we only created an illusion to ourselves ?– a pretty cover with the same, old, rotten content!

Our new President, Quentin, promised ''Change'' when he ran for the board. As a matter of fact, I still have one of his business cards he handed out during his campaign. It says ''Homeowner for change'' right on the darn thing.

A lot of people worked very hard to get him elected. Many went door to door collecting proxy votes for Quentin.

Chris Dietz, board member, has been ''shut out'' from the emails board members send to each other, because they think he told people about the secret meeting with the mayor to cut a deal for the toll on William Cannon. That sounds like to old board and how they ran the show.

Ask Quentin about that too.

A homeowner I know wanted to be part of looking at the bidding process for landscaping last year, she was told NO.

Any Board member who has no intent to fulfill his/her campaign promises deserves to be recalled.
