Insurance Companies Suck

I don't have any problem with insurance being mandated by law. The problem with the law is that while it gives the insurance companies the benefit of being able to collect more premiums it does not impose on the insurance companies a duty to treat EVERYBODY fairly. All drivers have to have liability insurance. Yet the law is that insurance companies, which benefit from the law mandating liability coverage, don't have any duty of fair dealing to the people their insureds injure.
