Then I suppose you wouldn't mind posting a copy of any written order entered by Judge Spector, right? Because I am sure that someone so in tune with the Judge's ruling would also know that a Court speaks through written orders.......Please post it ASAP.............

You've never heard of a judge issuing rulings from the bench? Judge Spector is very capable of speaking orally.

Sure I have heard of a bench ruling, which basically does not mean a whole lot, especially when it is interlocutory. Generally it is followed with an instructions to prepare and submit an appropriate WRITTEN order. Was that done here? If so, post the order.....
