Dear Directors of the Board,

First, I wanted to thank all of you for volunteering your time to serve on the board. However, I have to say that I am really disappointed and disgusted by the fact that Steve Bartlett, Susan Hoover and Terri Giles, who have all been accused of scheming the homeowners, are still benefiting from our hard-earned money. Adding insult to injury, they are still being rewarded with new contracts. This is truly a big slap in the face to all the homeowners.

I couldn't help but wonder what was going on in the minds of all of you. What were all of you thinking? If the evidence I have gathered can convince two authorities (Travis County District Attorney & Internal Revenue Service) to start an investigation, why is the same evidence so invisible to all of you?! Should I view this as an ignorance and incompetence or should I consider this as an intentional negligence?

In my opinion, it might not be the responsibility of the new Board to investigate its predecessors?’ wrongdoings if the Association has severed all financial ties with them. However, because all of you chose to ignore the accusations surrounding Steve Bartlett, Susan Hoover and Terri Giles, and chose to reward new contracts to them, you now have the obligation to all the members of the Association to investigate those accusations and to recover the stolen money for us.

In the next week or so, I will summarize the wrongdoings of Steve Bartlett and Susan Hoover (Terri Giles is done as far as I considered) and I will deliver the summary with the hard evidence to you each personally by e-mails and by certified mail. Please conduct the investigation immediately.

This could be a good opportunity for Steve Bartlett and Susan Hoover to offer their side of the story and to clear up their names. However, anything they say relating to their accusations could also be used against them in the Court of the Laws in the future.

If you all behave like the kings & queen and do whatever you want and however you like?…?…?…

If you all ignore the wishes of most of the homeowners?…?…?….

If you all have forgotten why we elected you in the first place?…?…?….

If you all refuse to look into the former directors?’ wrongdoings but instead of rewarding them with new contracts?…?…?…?…

?…?…?…?…?…....I would like to give all of you a good advice ?– please obtain the best liability insurance money can buy with excellent Directors & Officers coverage. This is not a threat; it is a promise.
