Autumn Cove HOA

A short mesage from your newly elected HOA President, David Marsolo. Many thanks to all of you who attended our recent HOA meeting on Tuesday, Septemeber 27th and for those who could not, for your proxy votes. As promised, your newly elected board has created a website within the first day of being elected and the first Autumn Cove newsletter will be posted and mailed this weekend! There is great hope and enthusiam as to how we can create a more vibrant community and look forward to sharing the many fresh ideas we have ourselves and those coming in from homeowners. These include plans for the amenity area, better and more frequent communication, social activities and more. We hope you are happy with the website (it's free!) and allows us to have a place to post information, have discussions, invite ideas, promote meetings and much more. I look forward to getting to know each of you better as neighbors over the coming months and hope to serve you in a way that earns your respect and increased satisfaction with your decision to make Autumn Cove your neighborhood.
