This area is crawling with them. They need to be captured and spayed and neutered so they won't keep multiplying and will be healthier. SNAP.ORG is nearby and does this at low cost. Kittens need to be captured and tamed so they are adoptable.
I have a trap anyone can borrow to capture the cats if anyone is interested in helping solve this problem. If you want to get your own, just get a raccoon trap from Home depot.
