Will the Board of Directors be bringing a copy of the settlement agreement between the developer and the HOA to the annual meeting on October 9 so that the homeowners may see the details regarding the ditch?

Mr. Gabehart...We plan to have an informational table that will include all copies of bank statements and transaction detail statements for each account, minutes and treasurer's report from every board meeting, a copy of the settlement agreement, and anything else that is necessary to provide information to the homeowners. If you desire your own copies of the documents, you will be able to sign up and copies will be sent to your home via mail. We will see you at the meeting!!!!!
