The 2005 Azalea Neighborhood Assoc. Inc., Fall Festival would like to thank everyone who helped with this event. Without their help this event would have not been possible. If you would like to know more about the Fall Festival and see all the photos, please join us at our next meeting 12/8. If you would like to get involved please let us know?—we can?’t do it without you!

$500.00 Scholarship Application Guidelines

Must be an Azalea Resident.Proof of residency, (phone bill, electric bill or water bill, copy of Drivers License or Official Florida Identification Card)Member in good standing of Azalea Neighborhood Association ?– (paid membership and up to date)Presently attending or enrolling in any accredited CollegePayment will be reimbursed to student upon submission of validated payment receipt.Submit a suitable essay on ?“Why I Deserve/ Need A Scholarship?”?Verification of attendance or enrollment and GPA from education institute. Minimum GPA requirement 3.0. Recommendation:2 Letters of recommendation from sponsors, who are members in good standing of the Azalea Neighborhood Association.Letter from former High School, College or employer.All applications for Scholarships must be submitted no later than:August enrollment by 6/30 - January enrollment by 11/30 Open to adults seeking extended education
