Volunteers needed!

The responsibility of the landscape committee is to insure the maintenance of the Common Areas, and all improvements thereon, are kept in a clean, neat condition by the contracted party, and not permit the same to be used in any way or in any manner that would detract from the property constituting a safe, high quality residential community. This includes: lawn and tree maintenance and beautification.

BCHA Landscaping committee selected a contractor for the Bryson Cove landscaping needs. BCHA now needs volunteers to also address the beautification, . Please contact your trustees.
