AMENDED AND RESTATED CODE OF REGULATIONS OF BRYSON COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

ARTICLE I

NAME AND LOCATION

1.01 The name of the corporation is BRYSON COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the “Association”. The principal office of the corporation shall be located at the residence of the Secretary, elected in accordance with this Code of Regulations, but meetings of Members and Trustees may be held at such places within the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, as may be designated by the Executive Board.
