I caught two women trying to break in to our neighbors' house (in Pawtucket) today!!! Hopefully this will help police find the people who have been stealing copper out of empty houses (like ours!) and doing so much harm to the neighborhood. They ran the plate and the women are from Mass. We are going to follow up with ...but the patrol officers said unless they break in ...that is not B&E!
Well the cop said since they didn't actually *enter* the house, they didn't commit a crime, but I'm not sure if that's true... anyway at least they now have the id and plate # of people who are casing houses.
