Guerrero?’s owner & business operator, Donaciano Galindo, has applied for a Beer & Wine License after having lost the previous TABC license due to loss of insurance, which resulted from excessive acts of violence on the property. The Bachman Community Association has filed a protest to the issuance of this license. Since having lost the TABC license, the location has been operated as a restaurant rather than a bar. There have been no known complaints on the restaurant.

Old Geno?’s Cabaret Location
9736 Harry Hines

The same owner / operator also applied for a zoning change for the old Geno?’s Cabaret location on Harry Hines, across from the Northwest Police Station. We are pleased to report that the City Plan Commission denied the request. This location is one of the proposed properties to be purchased by DART for the Community Drive Light Rail Station Stop.
