Well, guess what! Their CPA is still sick, so they asked for an additional continuance. And they got it. This is probably for the best, since they would have appealed to some Judge if they had been denied the continuance. There?’s no telling how long it might take to get a decision out of a Judge.

We?’re still waiting on the Fare West decision.
