The houses have high grass and weeds in the front and/or back:

18005 Wisconsin - Vacant

• Residents on the block have complained about this corner house
• A man is seen hiding in the bushes of the alley behind the house. Residents fear he will abduct one of the children who walk past

18200 San Juan - appears to be Vacant

• High grass/weeds in the front and back in the allley
• Eye Sore as you drive down Curtis

18203 Santa Barbara - appears to be Vacant

• high grass/weeds in the backyard

The alley of 18000 block of Wisconsin

• high trees in alley has touched poer lines in the past, causing a power outage
