Housing rescue plan may not help thousands in R.I.

The Obama administration's $75-billion housing rescue plan announced this week has given hope to millions of Americans who are having trouble keeping up with their mortgage payments, but industry experts say the program will not reach tens of thousands of Rhode Islanders who now owe more on their mortgages than their homes are worth.

This is not perfect but helps to balance a few more to survive

Right- not perfect but we all have made mistakes and so the few folks can have a bit of bail out becuase the economy and the job market tanked
