I have lived here over five years and the yellow curbs have never been painted, repairs to the road surface are cracking and landscaping is bare. I picked up a trash bag full of litter yesterday from the Wiehle Road wooded area behind 1300-1310 Sundial Road Town Home area. The monthly fees have increased again and the neighborhood is really starting to show its age. Why?
