Dear Friends and Neighbors
This is a request on how you feel about an issue that not only effects Bridgewood but our Neighbors between Highway 90 and Bandera Road, on Loop 1604.
As you are all aware this area has had tremendous growth in the past few years. Unfortunately as growth comes crime increases. The Bexar County Deputies have requested a meeting not only with us but with any HOA or group of homeowners to listen to a presentation of the facts concerning this issue. The Deputies, as I know after riding with them need additional funds through the Commissioners Court to get this funding for additional Deputies and patrols in this area of Bexar County.
Your support in this effort will not only provide better security for us and our families but a large portion of north west Bexar County as well. We need to see our neighbors outside of the loop between Highway 90 and Bandera Road as much our neighbor as those who live here in Bridgewood. As a collective group our voice can be heard by the Bexar County Commissioners in this effort.
This is not a request to even say how you feel right now until after the facts have been presented to you. This is merely a request to see what support we may find first from Bridgewood alone, then to our fellow citizens of Bexar County.
Please email me either way, if you are interested then I will add you to the list that will receive updates on this briefing by the Bexar County Sheriff's Department. Our support of the Deputies is paramount in continuing the welfare of our family and friends here in Bridgewood and beyond our neighborhood. If you know of anyone in this area who may be interested them please foreword this email to them as well.
We here in Bridgewood are enjoying the fruits of much work that was put into our little crime spree here at home, thanks to the hard work of the Bexar County Deputies who work and serve us beyond the call of duty.
Now is the time to listen to the facts they have prepared for us, to decide for yourself what must be done next and what WE can do to aid in this effort.
Thank You for reading this message.
