SEPTEMBER 2003

NEW CC&R ENFORCEMENT NOW IN EFFECT!!
The Board has begun enforcement of the new CC&R voted in by the majority of the homeowners. Approximately 30% of our homes still have trash cans visible from either the street or the neighbor?’s front windows.
**If your home is in violation, whether you own the home or rent the home, you will soon be receiving a letter from the Board.**

BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED:
The Board will have two openings at the beginning of the year. Please call a Board Member if you wish to put your name on the Ballot. The Election will be held at the January 2004 meeting.

SHEDS:
This is the season to trim bushes and hedges; and all of a sudden sheds are becoming visible. Please let your landscaping grow to screen the sheds or arrange to install a slightly higher fence or a dense lattice cover. Thank you!

HOME ADDITIONS/IMPROVEMENTS/PAINTING:
Board Members have forms available if you wish to submit plans for approval.

NEXT BOARD MEETING: will be held at 7 P.M. Tuesday, November 4th, 2003. You are encouraged to attend. If you need to have plans approved for new enclosures and/or screening devices please give them to a Board Member prior to this meeting.
**The agenda for the meeting will be posted several days ahead of time in the boxes mounted on the fence behind your mail box. We suggest you get into the habit of checking these boxes for notices. The September meeting had to re-scheduled due to the lack of Board Members in town.**
