SEPTEMBER 2002
Updating our CC&Rs
We are trying to bring our CC&Rs into the new century and so our Attorney has prepared several changes to our CC&Rs. You will receive a copy of the changes with the mailing regarding the 2003 Annual Meeting. Please plan to
(1) Read the changes carefully.
(2) Either sign the changes and mail your vote in -- or come to the Annual Meeting to vote.

2003 Annual Meeting
The date will be January 18th, 2003 at 2:00 PM. Please set this time aside and come meet with us. We need your input on the CC&Rs. Also, several Board Positions need to be voted on.

Board Member positions available
Please call one of the Board Members if you would like to be on the Association Board.

Are you planning to paint your home, add accent colors and/or make changes in your home?’s exterior?
Many of our homes are getting to the point where they need to be repainted again. We also have many new homeowners among us who bought their homes with the intent of making them nicer and newer looking.

Please remember to have any Architectural changes to your home (including sidewalks and walls visible from the street) approved by the Board?’s Architectural Committee. We have new paint boards this year (although the color palette remains the same) ?– please check any proposed paint or accent paint schemes with the Board. We would prefer not to have to require you to repaint with an approved color.

We are going to try to mail each one of you a reduced color copy of the approved colors.

Personal Delivery of your Monthly Assessment:
You are welcome to take your homeowner dues directly to Ship Rite next to Fry?’s at 64th Street and Greenway and ask them to put your envelope in our Box 115.

Late Fee Assessment:
A late fee of $10.00 is assessed if your payment does not arrive by the 15th of the month. Everybody has to pay the late fee ?– even Board Members!! Our Book-keeper has reported that several homeowners have waited for up to 4-6 months before checking on why the fee was assessed. If you have a question, please call as soon as you receive notice that a late fee has been assessed. However, we encourage you to simply hand deliver your payment to the address shown above.
