It's probably the same folks who let their dogs run loose. There are two of them. Can't even take ours for a walk on our street because of them. One went after a guy walking his small dog but the two dogs get along together. Obviously not with random dogs. I give up.

If you know the house that owns them you can report it to the Animal Control Office at (864) 467-7595. It would be a start anyway.

Like I said before they do nothing. My word against theirs and they pit neighbor against neighbor. They want your name so they can tell the other person who complained causing even more friction and nothing gets done. I have repeatedly stated this in past posts. Cops need to be able to respond and that is it. We are outside city limits and until something changes we are out in the cold.
