We have a serious issue with barking dogs at night in this neighborhood. I live on Higbee Mill and as usual, at 1am, there are dogs barking so loudly I cannot sleep. We can never leave or windows open at night because of this nuisance! I have gone so far as to drive around at night trying to figure out which houses the specific barking is coming from but it is impossible to tell. My guess is at the opposite end of the street or on Irongate Rail. Is there anything that can be done??
