On my  street, barking dogs have gotten to the point where they have become annoying and disturbing at all hours of the day and night (especially very early in the AM).

Could the Civic Assn. please post Section 22.02.007 B 2d of the New Castle County Code pertaining to noise control. It states that dog owners can be fined for each violation for a dog barking continuously or incessantly for a period of 10 minutes or intermittently for one-half hour or more.
