I. Events Committee
This committee will meet every other
month at the location designated by
the committee body to discuss
neighborhood events and outings.

II. Code Enforcement
Committee
This committee will be responsible for
enforcing code enforcement policies
within the
boundaries of the BCNA. This includes
reporting complaints to the Mayor?’s
Citizen Service Center and Code
Enforcement.

III. Membership
Committee This
committee will develop ways to
increasing membership and
participation of residents.

IV. Youth Committee
This committee will develop ways to
get more youth involved in community
safety, develop ways to help fight
crime, drugs, and peer pressure.

V. Sick/Shut-In/
Bereavement Committee
This committee will be
responsible for responding to all
request involving sick/shut-in
and bereavement. This includes
sending cards, flowers, and
requesting funds from the
treasurer allowed by the by-laws
of the BCNA.

VI. Safety Patrol
Committee
This committee will continue to
promote safety and maintain the
Neighborhood Patrol Team. This
will include meeting with
patrolmen, writing schedules,
encouraging community patrol,
and attending MPD Precinct
monthly meetings.

VII. Finance/Grant
Committee
This committee will be
responsible for approving
budgets, writing and submitting
grant proposals in order to
financially support the activities
of the Events Committee, Safety
Committee, and other projects of
the BCNA.
