Hello,
My fiance and I are thinking about buying a home in Barrington (Laurel Lane). It seems like a nice neighborhood, but wanted to check with the actual residents first. I've heard rumors of a swamp nearby flooding basements and being dangerously close to power lines. Any information would be appreciated. I'm especially intersted in the comments I saw regarding the HOA, has that been resolved?
