Tom said that he is working with the attorney for the developer. I still did not get the developer's info.This attorney said that the engineer the developer hired, Charles Asher (not sure of last name spelling), will be out of the office for the next 2 weeks. Therefore, this meeting will have to take place when he returns.
I informed Tom that the lake has filled back up because of the all the rain. I also told him that the lake is actually about 6 feet into my backyard. He seemed a little concerned that the lake being this full may cause a problem.
