June 30th The BPCA Board changes lawn service providers
Prestige Lawn returns to maintain the median strip. The BPCA Board
made the change after concluding that Community Lawn failed to
comply with the frequency of mowing provided in the agreement despite
repeated phone calls and promises.
We look forward working with Prestige. If you have any questions or
comments regarding the change, please send them to the Board.
