Restrictions on Signs in Covenants

The BPCA  covenants allow only the single sign at the property advertising the sale. Please advise your reators of the restrictions in our convenants. Please note that when there is an Open House, directional signs are allowed while the Open House is in progress but need be removed when the Open House is over. 

Home improvement signs are also not allowed.  These signs can be up while the contractor is present but when they leave for the day they are to be removed. 

Political signs not allowed: the BPCA obtained a legal opinion regarding the restriction on political signs as they do not fit in the freedom of speech category since they are restricted by the deed covenants.
