Suggested Guidelines for Our Neighborhood

1. Park cars on driveway or street, not on grass. Don?’t block your neighbor?’s driveway.

2. Keep up the appearance of your property.
a. Mow lawn, rake leaves, and pick up trash.
b. Try to keep the outside of your house in good repair.
c. Store large items out of view from street (not in open carports, etc.).

3. Be fair and considerate to your neighbors.
a. Keep music and voices low. Request that your visitors do the same.
b. Respect your neighbors?’ property when having social events.
c. Keep pets under control and clean up after your pet.
