Bay Crest Park Civic Assn.

8407 Boulder Place is being used as a halfway house for criminals and drug-addicts. Neighbors have reported numerous complaints over years to the county code enforcement office and county commissioner office and nothing has been done. The house has about 6-7 people living there and the residents cars of this house are parked all over the street causing a nuisance where other cars cannot drive thru road or get into driveways. The home is falling apart and not being taken care of outside, it is an eyesore and a concern to the safety of neighbors and children in the area. Any advice? Can the association help us?
