ORGANIZATIONAL MEETNG
JUNE 20, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Jim Zobrosky, President.
Attendees: Jim Zobrosky, Louis Tavares, Tara Jinks
Topics discussed included:
•Agreement on obtaining errors & omissions insurance. Tara to obtain quote from current
liability insurance company.
•Board members decided upon officer designations
o President: Jim Zobrosky
o Vice-President: Louis Tavares
o Secretary/Treasurer: Tara Jinks
•Agreement on contracting a management company; Jim Zobrosky to obtain bids
•Lock needs to be cut for front entry sprinkler system. Jim to handle.
•Agreement on pursuing bids for landscape management; Jim Zobrosky to obtain bids.
•Agreement on pursuing bids for lake maintenance; Louis Tavares to obtain bids.
•Agreement to pursue new mailboxes for the community, all the same; Louis Tavares to
research.
•Agreement on establishing committees and committee chairs to assist in community
business and activities:
o Architectural
o Social
o Grounds
•Agreement to have a community logo and color scheme for signage, correspondence, etc.
Tara Jinks to prepare. The Board agreed on the following three combinations with the
members voting on the final choice:
o Black/white/khaki
o Brick red/white/khaki
o Navy/white/khaki
•A “No-Soliciting” sign and at least two 15 MPH signs will be installed; Louis to obtain
quotes.
•The Board agreed to pursue installing flag pole for an American flag to be installed inside
the community near the front entry; if cost is reasonable.
•Louis to call the Clay County Sheriff’s Office to discuss the neighborhood watch
program. Louis to present summary at next Board Meeting.
•Violations to be addressed once a management company has been secured.
•Discussion on agenda for next Board Meeting.
