Bay Terrace HOA

I would really like to know who has supervision over this group there has not been a meeting in years or a vote. I am a resident of lighthouse ave and I am very upset by the selfish edinboro resident who wrote to Si live. This same person is ressponsable for calling the cops about the weekend parking knowing there is no where to park. I have a very important piece of information for these people. A dot consultant came done and this street is illegal to be a two way and parking can not be taken away under current law. A summons and complaint will be filed and the 1 way is guaranteed so get use to it unless the city buys the houses on lighthouse ave and keeps them vacant! Also be prepared for me to come by and call 311 for all those pretty decks and Hillside violations on board members property. We all must comply with the law now! The reckless and selfish behavior of the current board members will be addressed ASAP if you guys are so concerned stop damaging the hillside with your illegal decks and retaining walls
