There is a puddle problem in the playground area from cracked pipes. It seems that people are driving over the greenbelt area (making a short cut from one side of Tara Dr. to the other side of Tara Dr), which damages the pipes, sprinklers and landscaping. If you see anyone driving in the greenbelt please note their license or see which house they are driving to/from and contact the police, this is considered vandalism. Vandalism cost us- the homeowner- money. Bay View II has a zero tolerance on vandalism.

Please, remind your children after digging holes in the sand area to refill them upon leaving.
