LANDSCAPING UPDATE

Bayview II is applying for Gilbert WIN Grant money to help with the cost of updating and maintaining our neighbor. This money will help pay for moving sprinkler heads away from the walls in the greenbelt area. The steady water pulsing from the sprinkler heads has
deteriorated the block walls and created an eyesore in our greenbelt area.
Thanks to the board for being frugal and investigating grant money to offset the cost of repairs for this project. Look for work being done during the next few months. Landscapers will be working on the sprinkler heads, new decorative curbing, new rock beds and painting the block walls in the green belt. A reminder it is all our responsibility to maintain our neighborhood.
