Is this really the forum so that you can complain about your perceived violations of a fellow resident. If we are all adults then I see no reason why we would not go over and talk with our neighbors about the problem. Why do things have to get confrontational, what can no one have a civilized conversation anymore? What I don't what to see happed is that someone post someone elses address on here to report a violation and then there is a perceived problem with that resident from all other residents. To report a violation isnt that what the HOA president if for?
