We would like to thank all who made this years directory a success. First Joe Schmalfeldt who sold many new ads. Bob Pittman who did over half of the art work for the ads. Joann Magliocca for
keeping track of all the updates.Geri Anselmi for adding to the database over the summer months. Bob Young for computer help.
To those that handled the delivery; Barbara Geistwhite recruiting help for all of Baywood 5, Steve Bobber, Bill, Cindy, Kelly & Grace Boudreau, Sam Cox, Bill & Carole Doyle, Bonnie Fox, Ralph
Freeman, Ed Hovsepian, Helen Lock, Frank & Joann Magliocca & Carol McDaniel.
As you can see, there are so many who, without their help this directory would not be possible.

Editors note; All of Baywood needs to know that Maria Hovsepian, with the help of computer programmer, Suzanne White, began Baywood"s first database 3 years ago. Countless hours are spent
for all of us to have the finished product. Maria also serves on our village board and is a past president of the Woman's Club. She and husband Ed are winter residents of Baywood Village and if this
is not practicing the Good Neighbor Policy--- what is?? Thanks Maria !

Womans Club/ Sunshine

Woman' Club
Febuary 14th the Woman's Club will meet; hostesses are Barb Geistwhite, Lu Klinger, Alice O'Neil and Dottie Kleinschmidt. The annual Chinese Auction, always so much fun, will be held. Don't
forget ladies bring an item to be auctioned.
Members if you have a new neighbor or a friend who hasn't been encourage them to come.
Thr Woman's Club Bake/Garage Sale will be held March 10 starting at 8:00 AM at the clubhouse.

Sunshine Lady
If you know someone who is ill, had surgery or needs their day brightened please call Baywood Village Sunshine lady--Ann Schaefer @ 938-5584. She will send the person a card from Baywood
Village.

Sertoma / Mouthoff/Tower /Want adds

New Sertoma in Palm Harbor
Wednesday, February,28 at 7:00 PM their will be an organziational meeting. Please come and join the volunteers of the Suncoast Primate Santuary.
It will be held at Tarpon Springs Library, Conference Room, 138 E. Lemon St., Tarpon Springs.
Be in on the ground floor and be part of the decision making process of the new Sertoma Club of Palm Harbor. [ Service to Man ] The public is invited, call Doreen @ 942-6700, for more

Rats!
Three families on two streets in Baywood Village have complained of a citrus rat problem, worse than ever before.Please pick up fallen fruit. If you have things piled around [ even on a screened
porch or a garage] you need to make sure they are not nesting in or around these areas. The streets are S. Driftwood DR. and Morningside DR. All parents should make the children aware.
Please people---clean up the fallen fruit and tidy up !!

199' Tower near Baywood
Case # BA1200--The Board of County Commissioners Review Services Department, Board of adjustment will hear objections to a proposal of a 199' monopole to be constructed 56' to the west of
the Pinellas Trail.
The county requires a normal setback of 199'; the developer is asking for a variance to only 56'.
Their are many objections; rules should be changed only when the change affects the local citizens, it is detrimental to birds, the recent falling of a similar tower near St.. Marks Village and the fact
that many people of all ages use the trail and it could cause harm if it falls across the trail.
The meeting is set for March 3,at 9:00 AM. If you need more information call D. Sccardo @ 942-6700
