The Beachwood Civic Association (BCA) is a group of neighbors who join efforts to keep and improve the public areas of our neighborhood. The BCA dues cover expenses for irrigation and lights for the two islands, advertising the neighborhood wide yard sales, printing the Beachwood Breeze (if we don?’t have a volunteer), etc. Also, we voice your concerns to government officials. For example, we set the meetings with Shorty Robbins, Chief of Rec. & Community Programming. The BCA plays a vital role in the upkeep and improvements of this community. We also strive to foster a closer relationship between all the residents. So, whether you are in your ?“starter home?” OR the home where you plan to retire, it makes sense to contribute towards the upkeep of our neighborhood. Ours is a voluntary association and anyone can join.
The annual membership is only $25.00 per household. All the money received from membership dues stays here for improvements and maintenance of the public areas of Beachwood.
