I was unaware that it is ok to turn your front lawn into a parking lot or landscape it in the style of early Sanford & Son.

Don't beleave me? Just take a stroll down Little Mill Lane. Make it a game and try and count how many untagged cars you find. Get the whole family involved!

I had a similar issue with a neighbor. I called New castle County complaints and filed a report. In about 2 weeks a state employee was at there door and they were towing cars and then the ones they did not tow they did tag. while they were there they found other issues with them.

Funny message, but all too sad. Call New Castle County Complaints & Assistance at 395-5555. It is illegal for them to have an unregistered car.
