I understand that Oakwood development is susceptible to wildlife but since May I have had 8 groundhogs trapped and removed from under my porch. A few neighbors have mentioned having groundhog sightings but it seems these destructive animals have taken up residence at my house!!! I've had to pay close to $500.00 to remove these pests, and because of the shortage of traps at the wildlife removal company I will have to pay $89.00 set-up fee and another $89.00 for removal if there are any more. Bottom line -- it looks as if I'm supplying a development service for other residents but have to bear the cost of it. Shouldn't I get a discount on my homeowner's dues??????
Overrun with groundhogs!!!!!
