Central Northeast residents are invited to a meeting with Portland Police Chief Mark Kroeker at the Central Northeast Neighbor Safe Meeting on August 8, 2000. Mayor Vera Katz and East Portland Precinct Commander Rick Rictor will also be attending the meeting. Take this great opportunity to meet, greet, and ask questions. There will be time for keynote speakers and small group discussions focusing on what is happening on your block, in your neighborhood, and in the city.
