Question? Confused on the lakes

Posted in: River Trails

Thank you for the above, I thought it was interesting.

By the way I looked up to see who pays taxes on the lake property.  I kind of research this stuff for a living.  It is below:  Does anyone know who Riverbend Investment II Ltd is?

Account Number: 40289656
Georeference: 23264J-12-41
Property Location: 2221 Lake Falls Dr, Fort Worth
Owner Information: Riverbend Investment II Ltd

PO Box 185104
Fort Worth Tx 76181-0104
Legal Description: Lakes of River Trails South
Blk 12 Lot 41

Yes, The Newell family. Click on History link at the top of the website. Also click on the icons under the PDF maps that say Inside Community and Community Features. They will give you more information.

This is some of the information provided under History:

Ken Newell Developments

Trinity Lakes, Texas is a 900 acre master planned residential and commercial development in Northeast Fort Worth. Trinity Lakes, Texas is owned and developed by Kenneth Newell.

The Newell family has been actively involved in the construction and development business in Fort Worth for over 48 years. Jack Newell began developing industrial property in 1954 and was joined by his sons, Ken, in 1973, and David, in 1974.

Together the Newells developed the Riverbend Business Park and Riverbend Estates. During this time, the family developed over 3 million square feet of industrial and business park property as well as completing all construction and development work related to the 1,200 acre Riverbend Business Park development.

From what you are indicating tubbstirza is that all that property is privately owned by

RIVERBEND INVESTMENTS, II Ltd and if you do a search on Yahoo you get the information below:

RIVERBEND INVESTMENTS, II Ltd
P.O. Box 185104
Fort Worth, TX 76181
Attn: Ken Newell
Phone: 817-589-9001
Fax: 817-284-4100
Projects: Lakes of River Trails Phases 2-5
Value: Multi-Million

So if Ken Newell ownes the property and post no tresspassing signs. I think he has the right to enforce who he want on his property. Just a thought. Do you agree?
