Bedford Park, A Condominium

Non-Resident Owner Responsibilities to Tennants

Owner & Tennant Responsibility

Unit owners are responsible for your guests and tenants understanding of the Bedford Park operations, and rules and regulations. If you are a non-resident owner, you are responsible for transfering parking permits to new tennants, and for providing emergency contact information for the management company, and community policies to new tenants.

As a tenant, you are responsible for adhering to rules and regulations as any owner would. For all standard maintenance requests, parking permit replacement requests, and other non-emergency requests, the unit owner is the first point of contact for your unit. For all emergency requests, tenants should contact the property management company directly as well as alert the unit owners.

Violations

Any tennant violating Bedford Park community policies or county/state ordinances/lawas are subject to fine through the unit owner. In such a case, the Association has the right to fine the unit owner for violations committed by tennants and guests.

Community Policies

Please see Community Policies on this site under Community Pages for more information on day to day use and care of our property. All owners should provide this information to incoming tennants.
