Printed Newsletter Published / Distributed – Spring and Fall

• Belknap News is a nationally recognized neighborhood newsletter. It was recognized by Neighborhood USA in 2012, as being one of the best in the United States. It is the first Kentucky neighborhood recognized by this organization.
• Average HHI in Belknap is $91,000 according to the U.S. Census. Advertising in Belknap News is a smart way to connect your brand to the nearly 5,000 residents who call Belknap home.
• Editorial submissions should be of topics that are relevant to the mission of the Belknap Neighborhood Association. 
• Deadline for Advertising & Articles for Spring-Summer is April 1 (delivery in May)
• Deadline for Advertising & Articles for Fall-Winter is September 1 (delivery in October)
• BNA reserves the right to limit article and ad space in newsletters.
• Ads are not printed on the front or back pages.
• Payment is required at the time of sale. Make checks payable to Belknap Neighborhood Association.
• The newsletter is mailed to 1600 houses and businesses in the Belknap neighborhood boundaries. Approximately 500 issues are available for pick up in local businesses. Total reach is approximately 5,000 people.

Three ad sizes are available:

• Business Card Ad (2” x 3 ½”) $50.00 (This size can be either horizontal or vertical)
• Double Business Card Ad (3 ½” x 4” or 2” x 7”) $100.00
• Large Size Ad (approximately 4 ½” x 6 ½” or variable) $200.00 (This size can be either horizontal or vertical or one column of a page)

All ads must be camera-ready artwork (e.g., business card with light-colored background) or a clear black and white graphic of the art may be sent electronically. A design fee may be charged if an ad needs effort to be created/modified or needs art work. The price is determined according to the hours of graphic support needed.
