Background Information
Hi neighbors, here is some background information about these new bylaws. In April, 2005 BNA president, Mary Garry requested a committee to bring the BNA bylaws structure and content into step with the recommendations of the Louisville Department of Neighborhoods & Community Outreach Bylaws Tuneup training program. The committee has consulted with the BNA Board of Directors and the bylaw tuneup course to present these bylaws to you. The vote will be taken at the Feb 8, 2006 open meeting in the conference room at Highland Kroger, 7:00pm. The bylaw committee, Bill Allison, Nancy Carrington, Lisa Kilkelly, Joanne Tingley and ExOfficio member, Mary Garry anticipate your interest and participation. |
