Bellarmine has appealed the ''dormitory use'' citation issued by Inspections Permits & Licenses regarding 1626 & 1638 Richmond Dr (BOZA dockets B-27-06 & B-28-06, respectively).
Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOZA) will hear the appeals as the first two agenda items beginning at 8:30a Monday 6Mar2006 at the Old Jail Building, 514 West Liberty St, 40202.
